Who We Are
Angela George,President
At Sundance Homes Colorado, Angela serves as President and Director of Design and Construction.
She is involved in the pre-planning, planning, design coordination, project management, and overall delivery of each home.
Angela holds a Colorado Real Estate License and has over 20 years of experience in construction, business, finance, real estate, land development, and project management. She helps guide projects from initial concept and planning through construction completion to help deliver high-performance, energy-efficient homes.

Greg George, Director of Operations
At Sundance Homes Colorado, Greg serves as Operations Director.
He is involved in site and infrastructure planning, permitting, regulatory coordination, energy systems, technical planning, and the overall development process for each project.
Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in public works, infrastructure development, clean energy, renewable energy, capital improvement planning, mechanical systems, thermodynamics, and energy management, Greg provides technical oversight and helps guide projects from initial planning and development through construction and completion.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geophysical and Mechanical Engineering, with minors in Environmental and Geological Engineering, bringing the technical expertise necessary to help deliver high-performance, energy-efficient homes.

At Sundance Homes Colorado, we believe a truly sustainable home is more than a collection of energy-efficient products.
It is not simply about installing an efficient appliance, adding solar panels, or choosing a few environmentally friendly materials.
It is about the whole package.
A deeper shade of green begins with the way a home is conceived and designed. It considers the relationship between the home, the site, the climate, the materials, the building envelope, the structure, the mechanical systems, and the way the home will perform throughout its life.
We believe sustainability starts before construction begins.
It is found in thoughtful site planning and orientation.
It is found in passive design principles that work with the sun, wind, and surrounding environment.
It is found in the strength and efficiency of the building envelope.
IIt is found in high-performance construction systems such as Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), which can create a highly efficient building envelope and significantly reduce unwanted heat transfer.
It is found in the durability and efficiency of timber-frame construction.
It is found in careful air sealing, insulation, moisture management, and responsible material selection.
It is found in designing systems that work together instead of treating sustainability as an afterthought.
A high-performance home should be designed with its overall energy budget in mind. The less energy a home requires to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures, the less work its heating and cooling systems need to do. Reducing heat loss in the winter and heat gain in the summer can help reduce energy consumption, lower utility costs, and improve year-round comfort.
This is where the building envelope becomes so important.
When the structure, insulation, air sealing, windows, mechanical systems, and energy management strategies are designed to work together, the home can operate more efficiently. High-performance systems such as SIPs can help reduce the energy required to heat and cool a home, potentially lowering ongoing utility costs and helping homeowners keep more money in their pockets over the life of the home.
Renewable energy can be part of that system. Energy-efficient appliances can be part of that system. Efficient heating, cooling, ventilation, and water systems can be part of that system.

Budget Planning & Financing
Once we understand your goals, we work with you to develop a preliminary project budget. We review: Estimated construction costs Site development requirements Design and engineering costs SIPs and timber frame package costs Allowances for finishes and selections Construction timeline We also assist in coordinating with lenders and financial partners to help establish: Construction loan requirements Financing timelines Budget approvals Draw schedules Goal: Ensure your project is financially prepared before moving into detailed design.
Budget Planning & Financing
Pre-Construction & Site Preparation While the SIPs and timber frame package is being finalized and manufactured, Sol-Tech can begin preparing your site. Depending on project requirements, this may include: Site preparation Excavation Utility installation Driveway and access preparation Grading Foundation layout Starting site work during the design and fabrication period helps reduce overall project duration. Goal: Prepare the site so construction can begin immediately when materials arrive.
